Q: When will my order ship?

A: Most orders ship same or next business day.

 

Q: Can I return my items?

A: Please note that many items CANNOT be returned. However, most media items like Books, Bibles, DVDs, and CDs in brand-new, resalable condition can be returned but under certain circumstances cannot be returned. Please See below: 

Nonreturnable Products:

* Giftware and all other non-book, Bible, and DVD/CD products
* Perishable food products, such as Communion Bread/Juice
* Software with a broken seal* Books, Bibles, DVDs, and CDs purchased more than 1 month ago
* Discontinued or out-of-print products.
* Individual units that are sold only in sets or displays
* Calendars and planners
* Extended Catalog and Special Order products are not returnable
* Quarterly curriculum products (excluding Group)
* Vacation Bible School (see Dated Material Return Policy)

Damaged / Defective Returns:

* Damaged products will be replaced first if possible. If out of stock, only then are they returnable and must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
* Defective products will be replaced first if possible. If out of stock, only then are they returnable and must be returned within 60 days of date of purchase.
* On all damaged and defective returns, please include a description of the damage or defect.
* In the event that a shipment has external damage, please sign for the shipment as “damaged” and keep the box forthe shipper's inspection.


DATED MATERIAL RETURN POLICY

Wondering when to return your dated curriculum and Vacation Bible School (VBS) materials? To ensure you receive proper credit for various dated materials, we’ve conveniently provided these due dates so you know when we require these items to be returned to us.

How to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number:

Please request a return either through your account, email or call us. When we authorize the return, the Return Authorization, "RA number", will then be issued for the return.

NOTE: RA numbers are required for every return. RA numbers must appear on all shipping containers; multiple boxes should be labeled box “_ of _”. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be issued. If an item is returned unauthorized but is returnable, we may impose a 20% restocking fee. If an item is returned unauthorized and is not returnable the item may be disposed of.

Q: Can I cancel my order once placed?

A: We will send a request to the warehouse to cancel the order if requested however it is unlikely that it will cancel. Our orders are automatically transmitted electronically and once an order is placed, it usually cannot be stopped. If you have entered a bad or old address and delivery cannot be made,the item may return to us and we would issue a refund. If you have changed your mind on purchasing the item, you may simply“refuse” the item at the door and it should return tous. We will let you know if we were able to stop it.

 


Q: Can I track my international shipment?

A: International "standard" shipping can take several weeks to arrive. Although it may be difficult not to become concerned, we do ask for your patience in waiting.Most items do eventually arrive and rarely get lost or sent back to us from international addresses. Please contact us if your item has not arrived by 3 weeks after delivery estimated date. If you received what appears to be a “tracking number”with your orders shipping confirmation, the number may not be a tracking number but may be just a customs ID. There may be no tracking number for international orders from us.
